Exercise cues/tips:

Start in a tall kneeling position with a band tied up from a higher position behind

Have a ball between the knees and maintain a squeeze on such throughout the exercise

With both hands, pull the band from over one shoulder across the body in a chopping motion

Internal obliques

Exercise progression:

Perform in a split lunge position
Exercise regression:

Perform in supine with the knees at 90deg
