Exercise cues/tips:

  • Start with dumbbells in hand at chest height with palms facing back

  • Push through the dumbbells overhead, while also rotating the arms so the dumbbells finish overhead with the palms facing forward

  • Shoulders

  • Scapula

  • Core

Exercise progression:

  • Standing Arnold press

 

Exercise regression:

  • Arnold press with back support
