Exercise cues/tips:

  • Place affected side up on a higher surface

  • Place Powerband around ankle, below the talocrural joint line 

  • Actively drive the ankle into dorsiflexion

Muscle groups targeted:

  • Calf

  • Solues

Exercise progression:

  • Place a kettlebell on knee for added drive into dorsiflexion

Exercise regression:

  • Lunge into dorsiflexion
