Exercise cues/tips:

  • Start with legs up on an elevated surface with a theraband around the top of the feet

  • Bring one knee towards the chest while keeping the other flat on the elevated surface

  • Hip flexors

  • Core

  • Glutes

  • Hamstrings

Exercise progression:

  • Single leg bridge march

 

Exercise regression:

  • Supine march
