Exercise cues/tips:

  • Setup in front of a wall with arms supported on a foam roller

  • With thumbs facing towards you, roll the foam roller up the wall while bringing the chest towards the wall, before rolling the foam roller back down and bringing the chest away from the wall

  • Shoulders

  • Theraband between hands

  • Supine scapula protractions
