Exercise cues/tips:

  • Keep thigh stabilised 

  • Internally rotate tib/fib and extend knee, then perform the same in external rotation

Muscle groups targeted:

  • Quads

  • External rotation = VMO bias 

  • Internal rotation = Vastus lateralis bias 

​

Exercise progression:

  • Theraband resisted 

​

Exercise regression:

  • Standard knee extension 

​
