Exercise cues/tips:

  • Start kneeling against a wall with a theraband out in front between your hands

  • Keeping the arm closest to the wall out in front and fixed, pull apart the theraband with the opposite hand and rotate

  • Thoracic

  • Shoulders

  • Standing snow angels

 

Exercise regression:

  • Kneeling thoracic extensions
