Exercise cues/tips:

  • In standing, anchor a band on the ground and step on it

  • With the banded foot forward, form a split stance position, holding the other end of the band with the opposite sided hand

  • Perform a lawnmower pull-start motion, driving the elbow back

  • Dumbbell lawnmower

  • EZ bar curl
