Exercise cues/tips:

  • Start in a plank position with feet up on a medicine ball

  • Aim for the toes pointed down on the ball

  • Bring the hips through into extension, while keeping the knees locked out

  • Core

  • Lower back

Exercise progression:

  • Swiss ball knee tuck

 

Exercise regression:

  • Static plank with feet on medicine ball
