Exercise cues/tips:

  • Start in supine with an object set up on the floor between the legs

  • Slowly lift one leg into the air, and up and over the object on the ground

Muscle groups targeted:

  • Hip flexors

  • Core

​

Exercise progression:

  • Increase height, length or number of objects on the ground

 

Exercise regression:

  • Supine straight leg raise
