Exercise cues/tips:

  • Start by lying on your stomach on the floor

  • Behind by lifting your head off the ground while simultaneously lifting both legs off the ground

  • You may also lift your arms out in front of you extended in the 'superman' position

Muscle groups targeted:

  • Lower back​

 

Exercise progression:

  • Opposite arm/leg raises in prone 

 

Exercise regression:

  • Prone press ups on elbows
