Exercise cues/tips:

  • Keep body tight

  • Pull the bar down towards you

  • Expand chest towards bar as you pull

Muscle groups targeted:

  • Latissimus Dorsi

  • Shoulder blade and girdle

  • Pronated grip = traps bias

  • Supinated grip = biceps bias

Exercise progression:

  • Weighted pull up

Exercise regression:

  • Power Band pull up
