Exercise cues/tips:

  • Setup a number of objects on the ground used as targets

  • In a push-up position, while maintaining balance with one arm, roll a ball out in front weaving in and around objects

Muscle groups targeted:

  • Shoulder

  • Chest

  • Triceps

  • Core

Exercise progression:

  • Reactive target drill with partner

 

Exercise regression:

  • Complete against a wall with markers â€‹
