Exercise cues/tips:

  • Start in a push-up position with a band between the hands and at tension

  • Keeping one hand fixed to the ground, use the other hand to walk-out in multiple directions as per a clock face

  • Rotator cuff

  • Shoulder

  • Core

  • Banded incline walk-up

 

Exercise regression:

  • Incline walk-ups
