Exercise cues/tips:
-
Start by making a fist with with your thumb locked in your palm
-
Flex your wrist
-
Pronate your forearm and extend elbow
-
Depress shoulder blade and abduct your shoulder
-
At the same time, laterally flex your neck to the same side for a slider, or opposite side for a tensioner
-
Then perform the opposite motion to all as listed
