Exercise cues/tips:

  • Start by making a fist with with your thumb locked in your palm

  • Flex your wrist

  • Pronate your forearm and extend elbow

  • Depress shoulder blade and abduct your shoulder

  • At the same time, laterally flex your neck to the same side for a slider, or opposite side for a tensioner

  • Then perform the opposite motion to all as listed
