Exercise cues/tips:

  • Start seated with a soft object squeezed between the knees

  • Have a theraband attached around the ankles

  • Making sure the thigh stays 'glued' to the seat, turn shin out to the side before controlling its return to the start

  • Side-lie hip IR theraband

 

Exercise regression:

  • Prone hip IR theraband
