Exercise cues/tips:
-
Start seated at the end of a bench resting with an EZ bar, using the inside grips​
-
Move to lying with the neck overhanging the bench, and bring the bar up overhead
-
Bring the bar back over and behind the head, keeping the elbows in tight
-
Then, extend the elbows by pushing the bar backwards, not bringing the bar directly overhead
