Exercise cues/tips:

Start with a towel hanging around the neck
-
Pull one side of the towel so it is marginally longer than the other side
-
With the opposite side of the towel, pull slightly under the chin in order to get traction to rotate the neck
-
This should be a passive exercise for the neck, in which the arms pulling the towel are doing all the work
