Exercise cues/tips:

  • Place theraband around knee and have tied to something in front 

  • Put tension on the band to the point where it tries to bring your knee forward

  • Squeeze your quads and straighten your knee

  • Control return to original position

  • Quads

Exercise progression:

  • Single leg squat with terminal knee extension 

Exercise regression:

  • Quads over fulcrum
