Exercise cues/tips:

  • Set up band under arch of foot and big toe 

  • Try to maintain integrity of medial arch throughout exercise 

  • Perform a conventional RDL by hinging back at the hip

  • Foot intrinsics

  • Hamstrings

  • Glutes

Exercise progression:

  • Weighted single leg RDL maintaining arch integrity

Exercise regression:

  • Doming
