Exercise cues/tips:

  • Start with the barbell resting above the chest, weighted only on one side

  • Begin lifting the knees in a marching pattern white maintaining strong throughout

Muscle groups targeted:

  • Hip abductors

  • Core 

  • Glutes

  • Shoulders

Exercise progression:

  • Increase intensity of marching 

 

Exercise regression:

  • Unilateral kettlebell march
