Exercise cues/tips:

  • Start by placing two weighted plates together, and grip both plates using the thumb on one side and the other fingers on the opposite

  • Maintaining this grip, begin to walk with the weight

  • Hand intrinsics

  • Forearm

 

Exercise progression:

  • Pinch between thumb and one finger on opposite side 

 

Exercise regression:

  • Static pinch grip hold
